Volunteer Help Needed - Spring Cleanup

Dear Parents,

Its only a few more weeks until opening day on April 7th.  Volunteer help is needed on 3/18, 3/24, and 3/25 from 9am-3pm for Spring Cleanup.  This work effort will count as 1 credit towards the 2018 work bond.  

Some Examples of Planned Work:

- Leaf Cleanup (Please bring leaf blowers and rakes)
- Put up batting cages at Muchmore
- Take Equipment Out Of Storage (Garbage cans, Nets, etc)
- Organize sheds (3 Sheds)
- Clean and organize clubhouses (Muchmore and Bosze)
- Clean and organize kitchens (Muchmore and Bosze)
- Clean and organize bathrooms (Muchmore and Bosze)
- Turn on and test water and water sprinklers (All Fields)
- Paint guardrails
- Mulch planters (Bosze, Muchmore, and Lipken
- Install Bunting
- Powerwash Buildings
- Move Lipken Foul Poles
- Clean and Fix Fence Covers
- Level Trailers
- Paint Handi-cap parking
- Fix Broken Fencing
- Tighten Bleachers
- Clean up Garbage Around Complex
- Infield Turface and Dragging All Fields
- More jobs to be added...

As we get closer and If anything changes with the scheduled dates or times, a notification will be sent out providing updates.
