12 & 9 YEAR OLD TEAMS ROUND ROBIN ( 4 Game Minimum )

THIS YEAR TWO OF OUR FIELDS WILL HAVE NEW BACKSTOPS OUR MAJOR FIELD AND OUR 8 YEAR OLD FIELD ALSO OUR TWO SNACK BARS HAVE BEEN REFURBISHED SO COUNT ON SOME GOOD FOOD WHILE ENJOYING OUR COMPLEX!!

TEAM AWARDS: 1st, 2nd, 3rd & 4th PLACE;  INDIVIDUAL PLAYER TROPHIES 1st & 2nd PLACE; TEAM TROPHIES FOR 3rd, & 4th PLACE; OFFENSIVE MVP & DEFENSIVE MVP AWARDS GIVEN IN EACH AGE GROUP. Eight Year old  and Nine Year old divisions will get Team and Player Trophies for 1st thru 4th Place.

                        (Access via Ruddy Pl. then turn right into complex)

ENTRY FEE: $475.00. Checks must be sent in to the address listed below in order to be officially registered. Teams will be selected on a first pay basis. All checks must be in by the Cutoff Dates Below. No refunds unless Clark Little League fails to have the Tournament.

If teams fail to make the cut off date for registration they will not be entered into the team pool. The coach must then call to see if we still have available team openings. If there are openings registration must be received no later than 1 week before the Mandatory Meetings. May 21st, 2008 for 8, 10, & 11's or July 2nd, 2008 for 9, & 12's. If your check is not received by the late dates you will not be considered. All checks received after the Cutoff dates will be assessed a 25.00 Late Fee.

RULES & SCHEDULE MEETING: Mandatory orientation meetings to discuss rules and schedules will be held on Wednesday, May 21, 2008 at 7:30 PM for 8 year olds and 8:30 PM for the elevens and tens at the Muchmore field house (left at the first field then across the bridge). Wednesday, July 2, 2008 at 7:30 PM for nines and twelves. Please bring rosters, copies of birth certificates, proof of insurance coverage, and medical release forms. Note that medical release forms do not have to be notarized.
